At the start of your first appointment we will sit down for a short consultation to ensure we have all the essential information needed, to give you the best possible service, with results you will love. This includes some basic questions about previous treatments, and any allergies, risk-factors or preferences you have in advance.

Each of our primary services with facials & lashes are quite distinct, and so we will provide specific after-care instructions relative to the service you have received, these will also be available at all times on our website under the service page for your treatment. Specifically for both eyelash extensions & facial peels or retinal facials, we advice to avoid sauna & steam, sunbeds, intense workouts or direct strong sunlight for 24 hours as a precaution.

If your experiencing any signs of a reaction after your treatment, please inform us immediately, so we can provide you with the professional after-care you deserve. If you have had a set of eyelash extensions fitted, and your not feeling enamoured with the finished look, we can adapt these for you, or remove them completely without any charge.
